Under general supervision, the Senior Behavior Specialist for Fred Finch Youth and Family Services/CARES (hereinafter FF) conducts comprehensive assessments to evaluate participants' development level, behaviors, and skills; develops behavior intervention plans and treatment plan with specific and measurable goals for participants; implements therapeutic interventions, and provides ongoing support and guidance for participants, caregivers, and staff; assumes responsibility for developing and delivering training programs for behavioral health technical staff; collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary team; and performs related duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Education:
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, child development, psychology, or another related field.+Experience:
Two (2) year experience providing behavioral health intervention services to developmentally delayedclients in a behavioral health setting.Working on collecting experience hours toward BCBA certification.
Licenses and Certifications:
Possession of a valid California Driver's License, a satisfactory driving record, and a properly registered and insured vehicle, to be maintained throughout employment; minimum of two (2) years of driving experience; or the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within ten (10) days of hire.Join our team as:
