Dialectica Family Therapy is excited to welcome Associate Therapists to our growing family therapy practice serving Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, and Simi Valley. Spanish fluency is required. This is a wonderful opportunity for AMFTs, ACSWs, APCCs, and other registered Associate Therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive and collaborative private practice setting. Clinicians must be willing and able to commute to one or more of our office locations in Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, and Simi Valley , based on scheduling needs and client demand. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. This position offers approximately 25-32 client hours per week, maximum , with flexible scheduling available. Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on candidate fit, availability, and caseload development. Compensation ranges from $45-$70 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, registration status, caseload, and role requirements.
