We are passionate about helping children thrive while investing deeply in the growth and development of our clinicians. We are seeking motivated Associate Therapists who are eager to build strong clinical skills, receive exceptional supervision, and become part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in child and family mental health. About the Position As an Associate Therapist, you will: Provide evidence-based therapy to children, caregivers, and families, including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Work in fully furnished, purpose-built PCIT treatment rooms equipped to support high-quality clinical care Receive ongoing mentorship and opportunities for advanced training from experienced supervisors Have the opportunity to pursue PCIT certification under the supervision of a dually Certified PCIT Therapist, Within Agency Trainer, and Regional Trainer-in-Training Collaborate with a highly supportive multidisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence This is an in-person, clinic-based position located in Ventura, California.
