This position is ideal for a clinician who values authentic therapeutic relationships, believes in the innate capacity for healing, and is interested in helping clients reconnect with themselves through a holistic, mind-body approach. Our practice specializes in working with adults, teens, and children experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, and difficulties related to self-worth and identity. We view symptoms not as personal failures, but as meaningful adaptations worthy of curiosity, compassion, and understanding. Duties Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and/or adults Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in weekly supervision and consultation Develop and maintain ethical, collaborative therapeutic relationships Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions tailored to client needs Collaborate with referral sources and treatment providers when appropriate Manage scheduling and communication with clients in a professional manner Experience Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in California Strong interest in trauma, attachment, nervous system regulation, and relational healing Experience or training in DBT, somatic approaches, mindfulness-based interventions, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or other trauma-informed modalities preferred Ability to conceptualize cases through both relational and systemic lenses Commitment to cultural humility, inclusivity, and ongoing professional growth Comfortable working independently while also participating in consultation and supervision What We Value Authenticity over perfection Curiosity over judgment Collaboration over hierarchy Compassionate accountability A belief in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and emotional experience We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping clients cultivate emotional resilience, self-understanding, and a greater sense of safety within themselves.
