Come and redefine what it means to reinvigorate. About the role Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Temporary Spa Attendant to join our dynamic and uplifting team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining a pristine and inviting spa environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with guests, answering their questions, and delivering an unparalleled level of service in a serene setting. What you will do Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, pre-treatment area. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services. Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services. What you bring High school degree or equivalent experience preferred Six months previous experience working in housekeeping or a related field The ability to have oral proficiency in the English language The ability to have attention to detai The ability to know which chemicals to use for what areas Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States What we offer
