We specialize in individual counseling, qEEG-informed neurofeedback, EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic interventions, and other integrative approaches that support lasting healing and whole-person wellness. Our mission is to provide exceptional care while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians can continue to grow professionally. We believe in investing in our team through mentorship, education, and ongoing professional development. We are currently expanding our clinical team and are hiring three Associate Therapists (AMFT or APCC): Two Associate Therapists primarily providing outpatient psychotherapy. One Associate Therapist who is interested in combining psychotherapy with neurofeedback services. No prior neurofeedback experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training. What You'll Do Associate Therapist (All Positions) Conduct comprehensive intake assessments. Provide counseling and support for a wide range of mental health issues Develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and other therapeutic modalities appropriate to each client. Maintain timely and accurate documentation using our electronic health record. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team. Participate in weekly supervision and clinical consultation. Build and maintain a consistent caseload. Maintain Licensure Neurofeedback Associate (One Position) In addition to the responsibilities above, this position will: Receive paid training in qEEG-informed neurofeedback. Receive paid training in how to perform qEEG Brain Mapping Set up and operate BrainMaster and Myndlift neurofeedback systems. Monitor clients during neurofeedback sessions. Provide technical support related to neurofeedback equipment as needed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Qualifications Required Current California AMFT or APCC registration preferred. Candidates who have submitted their BBS registration application and are awaiting their registration number are encouraged to apply. Ability to work in person Live within approximately 20 miles of Westlake Village Excellent communication skills Professional, dependable, and organized Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new technology quickly Ability to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with ICD-9 coding Commitment to ethical, client-centered care Willingness to receive supervision, feedback, and ongoing training Applicants who are currently working for another practice are not a good fit for this position Preferred Under 1,000 supervised clinical hours Interest in trauma-informed care, neurofeedback or integrative mental health Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatic therapies (not required) Why Join Our Team?
