Therapist / Neurofeedback Technician Hybrid Role

Psychotherapy + Neurofeedback | Burnout-Conscious Clinical Model This is not a traditional therapy-only position. Our clinicians work within a unique hybrid model that combines psychotherapy with neurofeedback services, helping create a more sustainable and burnout-conscious work environment. Rather than spending all day in direct psychotherapy sessions, clinicians typically divide their time between clinical therapy work and neurofeedback sessions. What We Offer Competitive tiered compensation structure with pay increases tied to caseload growth Up to $60/session for fully licensed clinicians Monthly performance bonuses Additional monthly bonus opportunities for clinicians working from our Monument location Commute compensation for clinicians providing services at our Monument office Supervision stipend opportunities for pre-licensed clinicians Certain trainings and professional development opportunities covered by the practice Possible stipends toward EMDR and advanced specialty trainings Strong clinical support, consultation, and team collaboration Extensive supervision support for newer clinicians and associates All scheduling, billing, referrals, and administrative work handled by our team Steady referrals and administrative support Supportive and collaborative group practice culture Hybrid flexibility opportunities available for established clinicians after demonstrated consistency and tenure within the practice Opportunities for long-term growth into hybrid clinical/leadership roles involving supervision, outreach, training, operations, sales, and other specialty interests Contract-to-permanent positions with opportunities to transition to W2 status after 90 days for clinicians who build and maintain a full-time caseload, including benefits such as 401(k) options and accrued PTO Flexible scheduling with no required weekend days Minimum expectation of two afternoon/evening availability blocks per week to help meet client demand Training & Professional Development All clinicians receive training and hands-on experience in: Neurofeedback and QEEG brain mapping Reading and interpreting brain maps Explaining findings and treatment planning with clients Neurofeedback protocol development Running neurofeedback sessions BCN-eligible training hours and mentorship opportunities CBT and DBT interventions and treatment approaches Play therapy techniques and interventions for working with children and adolescents Client Population Our clinicians work with a wide variety of clients across the lifespan, including: Children Adolescents Adults Couples Families Who We're Looking For We're looking for clinicians interested in building a consistent in-person caseload while growing long-term within a practice that values quality care, clinician autonomy, teamwork, and professional development.
