Mental Health Therapist provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services within a continuum of high to low intensity services designed to improve or maintain each mental health consumer's abilities to function in the community. Assesses, monitors, and follows up with consumer's ability to meet basic needs in moving toward recovery. Responsible for all clinical documentation of consumer interaction.Compensation & Benefits:

$34.78/hour- $72,342.40/year LAC Differential

Provide diagnostic mental health assessments as well as individual and/or group psychotherapy. Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up as clinically indicated. Facilitate the individual's growth and development with an emphasis on strengths, culture, resiliency, and wellbeing. Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the growth and development of those we serve. Facilitate the coordination of services for individuals with supplemental needs in psychiatric, case management, and medical domains. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with WellPower standards. Participate in team/department meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions as required. Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements & Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other human services field required. Licensed or within 6 months of licensure preferred 1 to 2 years of experience in mental health or human services preferredWork Location:
