Responsibilities Conduct clinical research and data collection to enhance treatment strategies Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy to individuals in need Conduct patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to promote their well-being Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
