Registered Behavior Therapist Milestones Developmental Center - 2.9 Lafayette, CO Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20.10 - $24.85 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Paid sick time Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. Working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you will implement customized behavior intervention plans to build social skills, improve communication, and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in clinic setting Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the BCBA. Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors during every session. Reinforce positive behaviors using established ABA protocols and techniques. Maintain safe environments for clients during all therapeutic activities. Communicate client progress clearly to the supervising BCBA and families. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent minimum education requirement. Strong patience, empathy, and communication skills for challenging environments. Pass background checks and maintain up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification.
Pay:
$20.10 - $24.85 per hour
