(CTSC) is a well-established, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic providing ABA, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services in Northglenn, Colorado. Our ABA team provides clinic-based, in-home, and Early Intervention services to children and families throughout the Denver metro area. At CTSC, we believe great therapy starts with great people. We are currently seeking a Pediatric Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing ABA team. Primary Responsibilities Conduct and assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments within BCaBA scope and under appropriate BCBA supervision. Develop, implement, monitor, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans in collaboration with the supervising BCBA. Provide training, oversight, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to guide treatment decisions and monitor progress. Provide family-centered care through parent and caregiver coaching and education. Target meaningful developmental, behavioral, and adaptive skills, including communication, social interaction, self-care, emotional regulation, independence, and school readiness. Collaborate closely with CTSC's multidisciplinary team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, BCBAs, and RBTs , as well as outside pediatricians, educators, and other professionals. Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices, pediatric research, and developments within the field. Professional Requirements Current BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Meets all applicable Colorado requirements to practice as a BCaBA under appropriate BCBA supervision. Pediatric experience strongly preferred. Experience with Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs), or other play-based/developmentally appropriate approaches preferred. Experience providing RBT training, oversight, or mentorship preferred. Experience with Early Intervention and/or home-based services preferred. CPR and First Aid certification required by start date. Colorado Medicaid provider enrollment preferred, but not required. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
