Mental Health Clinician (Child, Teen & Young Adult Focus) Join a fun, flexible, and collaborative group practice! We're a holistic, multidisciplinary team looking for a warm, skilled mental health clinician to work with children, teens, and young adults . This is a flexible position with a manageable caseload of up to 15-20 clients and strong administrative support. Our practice values collaboration, creativity, and whole-person care—while also making room for joy and humor in the work we do. Primarily afternoon & evening hours, in-person; must be comfortable with telehealth option if needed Licensed and provisional clinicians in the state of Connecticut are encouraged to apply.

Job Type:

Case load of 15-20 clients per week. Flexible schedule but must be willing to work afternoon/evenings or a weekend day to accommodate client schedules.

Ideal candidates:

Licensed (or license-eligible) mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, PsyD, etc.) Experienced with a range of ages and presenting issues Excited to work in a supportive, team-based environment Excited to learn and grow
