Virtual Compensation:
$65,000- 95,000 annually, depending on experience, licensure, qualifications, and geographic location. Required Licensure Candidates must hold a current and applicable professional license for the state in which they will provide services. We are specifically seeking candidates with one of the following credentials: LMFT
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LCSW
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCDC
- Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor LPC
- Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates must hold one of the licenses listed above to be considered.
Primary responsibilities may include:
Completing biopsychosocial and clinical assessments Developing and updating individualized treatment plans Providing individual therapy sessions Facilitating process and therapeutic groups Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams Participating in case consultations and treatment planning Supporting clients throughout their treatment and recovery journey Maintaining compliance with applicable state licensing requirements, ethical standards, and organizational policies Qualifications Active LMFT, LCSW, LCDC, or LPC license required Must meet applicable licensing requirements for the state where services are provided Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder treatment, or a related clinical setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based client careAvailable Positions Johnston, IA:
