Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated therapist, substance Abuse counselor Clinical Social Worker (to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health, substance abuse services to dual diagnosis IOP groups, individuals and families, focusing on a holistic approach to treatment. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support patients in achieving their personal goals. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Run IOP program groups Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including motivational interviewing and behavioral therapy. Offer counseling services to families, addressing issues such as emotional distress, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics.
