Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral therapy protocols, assist with daily living activities, and support clients in achieving their individualized goals. Duties Implement ABA therapy plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring consistency and fidelity in treatment delivery Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, communication, and social skills development Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques Communicate regularly with clients' families and caregivers to update on progress, provide training, and reinforce treatment strategies at home Maintain detailed medical documentation, behavior records, and client files in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance your skills in applied behavior analysis and professional ethics Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to implement ABA therapy protocols effectively in clinical or home settings Experience collecting behavioral data accurately and maintaining detailed medical records Knowledge of special education practices, behavior management techniques, and medical terminology is advantageous Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards for patient privacy and confidentiality Previous home-based behavioral therapy experience or school experience supporting children with disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals effectively Join us as an RBT ABA Therapist to empower children on their developmental journey!
