Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan updates. Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals. Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, schools, families, and other providers. Educate clients and families on treatment goals and coping strategies. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, Medicaid, and agency policies. Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required trainings. Manage caseload and maintain productivity expectations.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Florida LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
