$40•45 per clinical hour Paid administrative time | Full-time benefits available And Then There Is You (ATTIY) is looking for another therapist to join our Jacksonville team. We're an established outpatient practice, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a clinical team—not simply handed a caseload and left on their own. Licensed therapists are preferred, but we're also happy to talk with Florida Registered Interns. We have two Qualified Supervisors and enjoy working with clinicians who are still developing their areas of interest and working toward independent licensure. What it's like to work here Our clinicians don't all practice the same way or work with the same populations, and we don't expect them to. Depending on your experience and interests, your caseload might include adults, children and adolescents, couples, families, trauma, anxiety and mood concerns, neurodivergent clients, or a combination of populations. If you have an area you already love, we'd like to help you continue developing it. If you're earlier in your career and still figuring that out, that's okay too. You'll have administrative and intake support, access to clinical consultation, and supervision when applicable. And we recognize that your work doesn't stop when a session ends. Required administrative time is paid separately from your clinical hours. Compensation & Benefits Licensed therapists earn $55•60 per clinical hour . Registered Interns earn $40•45 per clinical hour .

We're not looking for a therapist who checks every possible box. We're looking for someone who connects well with clients, communicates with their team, keeps up with documentation, is dependable, and cares about doing good clinical work. You'll provide outpatient therapy, complete assessments and treatment plans, document your work, coordinate care when appropriate, and participate in consultation or supervision as needed.
