Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Primary Therapist trained in experiential , to join our team. The ideal candidate is preferred to have completed EMDR training course and is required to have a passion for group therapy and a commitment to fostering a safe and engaging environment for clients. This position will involve managing a small case load of up to seven clients. Key Responsibilities Facilitate experiential sessions for individuals and groups, promoting personal insight and emotional healing. Develop tailored therapeutic plans based on individual client needs and goals. Encourage participation and foster a supportive group dynamic. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW

(preferred); RCSWI, RMHCI or other mental health or substance abuse license or certification. Specialized training and/or certification in psychodrama, EMDR preferred. Experience in group therapy settings is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage a small case load effectively. Compassionate, energetic, and dynamic approach to therapy.
