This is a great opportunity for a BCBA looking to add a small, established caseload to their current schedule. Both cases already have RBTs in place. Case 1 - Brickell / North Miami Beach RBT provides services Tuesday-Friday at the client's school in Brickell Monday services take place in the client's home in North Miami Beach during the afternoon Approximately 3 hours of BCBA supervision per week School-based supervision is especially important, as the client is currently attending a new school BCBA will provide RBT supervision, clinical oversight, protocol modification as needed, caregiver collaboration/training, and ongoing case management Case 2 - North Miami Beach Home-based ABA services RBT schedule: approximately 4:30 PM-7:00 PM Approximately 2 hours of BCBA supervision per week Responsibilities include RBT supervision, clinical oversight, caregiver training, communication with the family, and ongoing case management Weekly Hours & Services Approximately 5 hours per week of direct BCBA supervision across both cases Up to 2 additional hours per week of caregiver/parent training, as clinically necessary Additional authorized time may include treatment planning, protocol modification, reassessments, documentation, and other case-management responsibilities as applicable What We Are Looking For We are looking for a BCBA who is consistent, dependable, responsive, and actively involved in their cases . Strong and timely communication with RBTs, caregivers, and the clinical team is extremely important to us. The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing services in both school and home settings and be able to travel to Brickell and North Miami Beach for in-person supervision. Requirements Current BCBA certification in good standing Experience supervising RBTs Experience providing caregiver/parent training Comfortable working in both school and home settings Reliable transportation Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to maintain consistent weekly supervision Schedule The position currently includes approximately 5 weekly hours of direct supervision, with up to 2 additional weekly hours of caregiver training as needed , plus applicable treatment planning, documentation, reassessment, and case-management responsibilities. Scheduling has some flexibility and can be coordinated around the existing RBT schedules.
