Morgan Compassion LLC is a growing private practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Florida-licensed therapist to join our team and provide in-person therapy services in our professional office located in Oviedo, FL . This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position offering a flexible schedule, administrative support, and the opportunity to build a successful caseload without worrying about the business side of private practice. Compensation $60 per completed clinical hour Biweekly pay What We Provide Consistent patient referrals to help you build and grow your caseload. We actively work to keep your schedule filled as new referrals become available. We handle all insurance credentialing with major insurance companies. We manage all insurance billing and claims submission . Administrative and scheduling support. A fully furnished private office ready for you to see clients. Electronic Health Record (SimplePractice). Supportive and collaborative team environment. Our goal is to allow you to focus on providing exceptional care while we take care of referrals, scheduling, credentialing, billing, and administrative tasks. Qualifications Active Florida license (LMHC). Professional liability insurance. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred (Not Required) Experience with insurance-based clients. Experience using SimplePractice or another

EHR. EMDR

training or certification is a plus, but not required.
