Marriage and Family Therapist

Must be trained or have experience in the Gottman Method and/or Relational Life Therapy (RLT)

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with various mental health issues. Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in the EHR. Collaborate with other therapists, medical providers, schools, and community resources as appropriate. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations. Maintain active licensure, insurance, and continuing education requirements.

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted license in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD). Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality. Comfortable using an EHR and telehealth platforms. $75.00 - $130.00 per hour
