Compensation:
$77,000 to start -
DOE Responsibilities:
Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to foster healthier relationships. Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and goals. Collaborate with clients to identify and address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Maintain accurate and confidential client records to ensure seamless continuity of care. Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and enhance therapeutic approaches. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with therapy best practices. Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Experience in facilitating individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to promote healthier relationships. Ability to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and goals. Proven track record of collaborating with clients to identify and address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Strong commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential client records for seamless continuity of care. Willingness to participate in regular team meetings to share insights and enhance therapeutic approaches. Dedication to engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with therapy best practices. Capability to provide crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.
