Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's specific needs Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment approaches Maintain accurate records and notes of sessions to track client progress Engage in continuous education to stay updated on new therapies and practices Provide crisis intervention when needed Required Skills Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, psychoanalysis) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Competence in digital tools for remote therapy sessions
