Job Description

Charlie Health seeks a Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead virtual IOP and PHP-level groups for teens, young adults, and families nationwide. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed group therapy, support individualized treatment goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team. You'll document sessions in the EHR, coordinate with individual and family therapists, and participate in case consultations and trainings. This position is ideal for licensed clinicians passionate about youth mental health, outcomes-driven care, and using technology to expand access to high-quality treatment. Responsibilities Facilitate virtual IOP and PHP-level group therapy sessions for teens, young adults, and families. Implement evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions aligned with individualized treatment plans. Conduct and document clinical observations, progress notes, and outcomes in the EHR. Collaborate with individual and family therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators on treatment planning. Support risk assessment, escalation, and crisis intervention protocols as needed. Participate in regular case consultations, supervision, and clinical team meetings. Contribute to a culturally responsive, inclusive, and youth-centered care environment. Engage in ongoing professional development and trainings to maintain clinical excellence.
