Job Summary East Coast Behavioral Services (ECBS) is seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our team. In this role, you'll implement individualized behavioral therapy plans designed to support children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Your primary focus will be delivering direct ABA therapy, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting clients with daily living skills across home, school, and community settings. Pay:

$22-$25/hour Duties Implement evidence-based ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client's Behavior Support Plan (BSP), ensuring consistency and effectiveness Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data accurately during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care routines as applicable Support clients in developing communication, social, and functional skills through engaging teaching methods Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, educators, caregivers, and family members to ensure cohesive care delivery Adhere strictly to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while providing compassionate client care Skills Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder Strong understanding of ABA, behavior management techniques, and implementing therapy protocols Proficiency in data collection methods related to behavioral health and ability to interpret behavioral data effectively Knowledge of documentation standards required for clinical settings Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in achieving independence through structured teaching strategies Home-based and community-based behavioral experience preferred for delivering consistent therapy across environments Active RBT certification required Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check Reliable transportation required

Setting:

In-person only — home, school, and community-based sessions. This position does not include telehealth.
