In-person with opportunities for flexible scheduling and hybrid TeleHealth caseload Sustainable Family Services is seeking experienced, independently licensed therapists who want the autonomy of private practice without having to build and maintain administration, infrastructure, or insurance/payor headaches. Providers will have access to aturn-key, supportive, affirming private practice environment where you can focus on seeing clients and providing excellent care. We shoulder the burden of overhead expenses, clinical space, EHR infrastructure, supplies, marketing support, and a collaborative referral network. Whether your style is traditional talk therapy, or incorporates movement, play, creativity, or experiential interventions; our goal is to provide a flexible and welcoming environment where you can practice in ways that best meet the needs of clients of all ages. You choose the schedule and caseload that fits your life. This role can be a great fit for a therapist looking for a full-time caseload, or an established clinician who wants to supplement an existing role.

•Compensation

•$60 per completed clinical session. Your earnings are determined by the caseload you choose to maintain.

For illustration:

15 completed sessions/week = approximately $46,800/year 20 completed sessions/week = approximately $62,400/year 25 completed sessions/week = approximately $78,000/year 30 completed sessions/week = approximately $93,600/year 40 completed sessions/week = approximately $124,800/year (Annual examples assume 52 weeks of completed sessions and are provided only to illustrate potential contractor compensation. Actual earnings depend on completed sessions and are not guaranteed). Applicants must already be fully and independently licensed in Florida.

Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) Other independently licensed psychotherapy professionals who meet applicable Spring Health requirements Registered interns, associates, provisionally licensed clinicians, and clinicians who require supervision to practice are not eligible for this particular position due to payer requirements.
