Job Description

Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient counseling within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families in person and via telehealth, supported by a collaborative, client-centered culture. You'll complete assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain thorough documentation, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and collaborative treatment planning Deliver evidence-based, ethical, and culturally responsive care in person and via telehealth Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHRCoordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care, and other providers as needed Participate in consultation, supervision, and team meetings to support clinical excellence Uphold Thriveworks' client-centered, inclusive culture and quality standards Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities Required Skills Individual psychotherapy Couples and family therapy Diagnostic assessment (DSM-5-TR) Treatment planning Evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) Clinical documentation and EHR use Risk assessment and crisis management Cultural competence in counseling Telehealth service delivery Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
