• No •The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for:•+ Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient.

+ Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation. + Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources. + Performing other duties as assigned.

• This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.

• Required Certification/License:

• + BLS (Basic Life Support) + Driver's License + Driver's License LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Preferred

• Required Education:

• + Master's in Social Work, Psychology or Related Field

• Experience:

• + 2 years clinical related experience or 9 month internship. - Required
