Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients' developmental goals Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and hygiene routines, promoting independence and self-care skills Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams to ensure consistency and understanding of treatment plans Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical records and documentation Participate in ongoing training on applied behavior analysis principles, ethical guidelines, and medical terminology to enhance professional growth Requirements Valid RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification through completing required training hours Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior intervention plans in various settings, including home-based environments and schools Strong communication skills for client interaction, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare privacy standards such as HIPAA Prior experience working in special education or behavioral health settings is highly preferred Join us in transforming lives through compassionate care and evidence-based behavioral therapy! Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
