Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Group Facilitator (Holistic) to join our inpatient mental health treatment team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience leading therapeutic and recreational wellness groups such as Reiki, Pilates, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, or other holistic healing modalities. This position plays an important role in supporting clients through structured therapeutic activities designed to promote emotional wellness, stress reduction, self-awareness, and overall mental health stabilization. Experience working with the acute psychiatric population is strongly preferred.
SCHEDULE
Wednesday, Friday, & Sunday Responsibilities Facilitate holistic and recreational therapeutic groups for adult mental health clients in an inpatient setting Lead engaging activities such as yoga, Pilates, Reiki, meditation, mindfulness, stretching, art-based wellness activities, and other healing-centered programming Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for clients Encourage participation, emotional regulation, stress management, and healthy coping skills Adapt group activities based on client needs, functioning levels, and treatment goals Collaborate with clinical and nursing teams to support patient care and programming Maintain professional boundaries and ensure client safety during all group activities Complete required documentation and attendance records in a timely manner Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards Qualifications Experience facilitating wellness, recreational, or holistic groups required Experience with yoga, Reiki, Pilates, meditation, mindfulness, or similar modalities preferred Previous experience working in behavioral health, inpatient psychiatry, or mental health treatment strongly preferred Experience working with acute psychiatric populations is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage clients with varying mental health needs and functioning levels Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Schedule Part-time position Available days are Wednesday's, Friday's, and Sunday's Why Join Us? $40.00 per hour
