About the Role Manna Treatment is an outpatient mental health practice providing high-quality, trauma-informed care to children (6+), adolescents, adults, and families. Our clinical work focuses on helping clients move toward lasting recovery by addressing underlying trauma, emotional pain, and maladaptive coping behaviors. Work with a diverse client population across the lifespan Focus on deep, root-cause healing, not just symptom management Collaborative clinical environment with strong peer support Monthly education, supervision, and ongoing development Flexibility to build and grow your caseload over time Opportunity to make a meaningful impact helping clients achieve long-term recovery Position Overview The Primary Therapist provides: Individual therapy Family therapy Group therapy (IOP programming) Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy services Manage assigned caseload, including treatment planning and progress tracking Complete documentation within required timelines Participate in weekly treatment team meetings Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers Conduct discharge planning and aftercare coordination Complete utilization reviews with insurance providers as needed Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CARF, and clinical documentation standards Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field (Required) Active or associate-level Georgia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) Minimum 1-2+ years of clinical experience Experience working with adolescents, families, or complex clinical presentations preferred Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills Ability to manage crisis situations effectively Additional Requirements Active Georgia driver's license Professional liability insurance
CPR/AED & CPI
certification (or willingness to obtain) Background check required Compensation will be based on caseload, licensure, and experience Work Schedule Must be available to work afternoon and evenings (3:30-8:30p)
