Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 5:30pm Overview Join our dedicated team as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this vital role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines, to promote independence. Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Implement ABA therapy protocols designed by supervising BCBAs to address individual client needs. Support clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders through engaging teaching strategies and behavior management techniques. Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards. Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings. Participate in ongoing training on ethical guidelines such as the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts to uphold high standards of practice. Skills Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and experience implementing ABA therapy protocols. Strong data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress and informing treatment plans. Ability to assist with ADLs and provide patient care in a compassionate manner. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance. Home-based behavioral experience or school experience supporting children with developmental challenges is highly valued. Excellent client communication skills to foster trust, motivation, and understanding among clients and their families.
