Infinite Possibilities Counseling Service is an established contracted provider with the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services. We are seeking licensed mental/behavioral health clinicians in Georgia to provide in person counseling and CCFA's (Comprehensive Child and Family Assessments for clients referred by the GA Division of Family and Children Services.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related human services field
• Licensure or certification as a Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker(e.g., LPC, LMFT) or pursuing such license
• Knowledge of CCFA's (Comprehensive Child and Family Assessment's)
• Experience working with individuals with trauma
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities
• Familiarity with clinical research methodologies
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to counseling
• Relevant experience in mental health counseling or a similar role
• Knowledge of working with individuals with behavioral health issues
• Familiarity with crisis management techniques and interventions
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and referral sources
• Understanding of applied behavior analysis principles Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Conducting CCFA's (Comprehensive Child and Family Assessment's) for the Division of Family and Children Services
• Provide counseling services (telehealth and/or face-to-face) to individuals with behavioral health issues, and mental health concerns
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavior therapy, and applied behavior analysis
• Assist clients in managing crisis situations and provide support during difficult times
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and data collection
• Provide addiction counseling and support for individuals struggling with substance abuse
• Offer guidance and support to individuals with PTSD and other trauma-related conditions
