First Integrative Counseling and Consulting Services Norcross, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $45,760 - $52,000 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Master of Social Work HIPAA English Experience working with children Full Job Description About the Role First Integrative Consulting Services (FICS) is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive behavioral health agency serving youth, families, and adults across Gwinnett/Hall County and Northeast Georgia. We work closely with juvenile courts, DJJ, DFCS, and school districts, and much of our work is with court-involved and school-referred young people and their families. We're seeking a compassionate, dependable Therapist with a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or a related field to join our clinical team. You'll provide individual, family, and group therapy to a diverse caseload of children, adolescents, and adults, helping clients work through trauma, build coping skills, and reach their goals. This is a strong fit for an associate-licensed clinician (LMSW or LAPC) building toward full licensure — we provide weekly clinical supervision and support your path to LCSW or LPC. What You'll Do Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized, culturally responsive treatment plans. Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, trauma-focused approaches, DBT, family-based therapy, and motivational interviewing. Provide services to court-involved and school-referred youth (DJJ, DFCS/CHINS, truancy) and their families, including mandated and resistant clients. Facilitate psychoeducational and skill-building groups, including our adolescent substance-use programming. Provide crisis intervention and safety planning, escalating to a higher level of care when clinically indicated, in consultation with your supervisor. Deliver culturally responsive, bilingual services to Spanish-speaking clients and families (where applicable). Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (BIRP format) in our system, in full HIPAA compliance and in accordance with payer and Medicaid requirements. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team — fellow therapists, a psychologist, a psychometrist, and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner — to coordinate care. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field. Active Georgia license
Preferred:
LMSW, LAPC, LCSW, or LPC. (Associate-licensed clinicians building toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply.) Experience with children, adolescents, and families in clinical or community settings. Strong crisis-management and risk-assessment skills. Comfort working with court-involved or system-involved youth (DJJ, DFCS, juvenile court). Solid documentation discipline and familiarity with electronic health records and insurance/Medicaid requirements. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred — a valued asset given the families we serve, and eligible for a higher rate.
