MetaVia Counseling is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated LMSW, APC, AMFT, or other eligible associate-level therapist who has a heart for working with children and adolescents. This is a unique opportunity for a master's-level therapist who wants to develop their skills working with children while receiving training, clinical resources, support, and client referrals. You do not need to arrive knowing everything about child therapy. We will help you grow. The right person will be warm, dependable, creative, willing to learn, and comfortable connecting with children from approximately age 3 through adolescence. A Unique School-Based Opportunity in Pooler You will provide counseling services to children and adolescents at a local school/childcare setting in Pooler, Georgia . A private room will be provided at the school for counseling sessions , allowing you to see children in a familiar and convenient environment. MetaVia will help provide referrals and build your caseload. You focus on being the therapist. We handle the billing and administrative side. There is no insurance billing or claims management required of the clinician. New to Child Therapy? We Will Support You. If you are interested in child and adolescent therapy but would benefit from additional training and experience, we encourage you to apply. MetaVia will provide training, session resources, therapeutic activities, worksheets, intervention ideas, and ongoing clinical support to help you develop confidence working with children. Depending on the needs of each child, sessions may address: Emotional regulation and managing big feelings Anxiety and worries Behavioral concerns ADHD and executive functioning Social skills Self-esteem and confidence Coping skills Anger and frustration tolerance Communication Family changes and life transitions School adjustment Parent/child concerns What You'll Do Provide developmentally appropriate therapy to children and adolescents Build strong therapeutic relationships with children and families Develop individualized treatment goals and interventions Complete timely and clinically appropriate documentation Use evidence-based and developmentally appropriate interventions Communicate professionally with parents/caregivers when clinically appropriate Collaborate with MetaVia regarding treatment planning and client needs Participate in consultation, training, and clinical support Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential clinical practices What We're Looking For We welcome applications from master's-level clinicians with credentials such as: LMSW

• Associate Professional Counselor AMFT

Candidates should have a master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field and meet applicable Georgia requirements to provide clinical services. Training and resources will be provided. Compensation $40 per completed client therapy session. This is initially a part-time, caseload-building position , with opportunities for additional clients and hours as MetaVia Counseling continues to grow.
