Job Description
Temporary Part-Time, Maui The Therapist I provides professional treatment services to individuals and families seeking counseling. Position requires the provision of clinical treatment through individual, dyad, marital, family and group therapy in a variety of settings. The Therapist must have assessment and clinical skills, must have knowledge of family dynamics, understand trauma treatments and current best practice protocols. Through therapy, clients will address emotional and behavioral issues to promote healthy functioning in a variety of domains (family, school, work, etc.). Services and treatment progress are closely monitored, and interventions are reduced as clients are able to function more effectively. The Therapist I must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
