Beacon of Hope Counseling is an intimate private practice dedicated to providing quality mental health services to individuals, couples, children, and families. We embrace a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, fostering flexibility and collaboration among our team. Our goal is to support people of all ages with a range of mental health concerns.Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed and compassionate Full-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in a supportive environment, providing both in-office and telehealth therapy services.Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.
- Implement treatment plans and conduct ongoing documentation, including updates on diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide therapy services to a flexible caseload of 22 clients per week, accommodating both in-office and Telehealth sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LISW, LP, etc.) is required. Temporary licensed encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Timeliness and accuracy in completing and submitting documentation of services and other necessary documents.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation structure: 70/30 split for fully licensed therapists; 60/40 split for temporary license providers.
- Employment status (not 1099), ensuring that tax concerns are managed appropriately.
- Annual paid time off of 40 hours, allowing for work-life balance.
- All overhead costs are covered by the practice; you simply come in, be a therapist, and focus on your clients without the hassle of managing overhead expenses.

Pay:
$67,000.00- $128,000.
