Children's Square Campus, Council Bluffs, IA Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) Master's Degree or Higher (Required) Collaborative and eager to create therapeutic experiences that promote growth and healing. Observant of individual developmental stages and growth of children. Able to maintain confidentiality and boundaries at all times. Experienced in providing therapy to children and families (1 year minimum) Eligible to participate in Medicaid and private insurance provider panels. We seek to champion children and families by providing the mental, emotional and physical spaces they need to feel empowered and to thrive.Child Saving Institute (CSI) is looking for someone who is empathetic, passionate, and has a heart-filled desire to work closely with families! As a residential therapist, you'll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include providing therapy services to kids who are in our Pediatric Medical Institute for Children (PMIC). In short, you will empower children and families by promoting optimal mental and emotional health through evidence-based therapeutic interventions and trauma-informed care in a residential setting with the highest acuity level we serve. Qualifications and Competencies Do you think you'd be a good fit for this role?
You are:
Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) Master's Degree or Higher (Required) Collaborative and eager to create therapeutic experiences that promote growth and healing. Observant of individual developmental stages and growth of children. Able to maintain confidentiality and boundaries at all times. Experienced in providing therapy to children and families (1 year minimum) Eligible to participate in Medicaid and private insurance provider panels. Bonus Points Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Circle of Security.
