Job Description
Hiawatha at Caravel Autism Health plays a key role in delivering ABA therapy to children with autism and supporting their families. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by clinical supervisors, provide one-on-one therapy in our clinic and in-home settings, and carefully track behavioral data and progress. You'll work within a mission-driven, child-centered team that values collaboration, ongoing clinical training, and professional growth. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping children develop lasting skills for greater independence. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic and in-home settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by clinical supervisors Collect, record, and report accurate behavioral data and session notes Support children in building communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate closely with clinical team members on treatment goals and progress Communicate professionally and compassionately with parents and caregivers Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-centered therapy environment Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Behavior data collection and documentation Implementing treatment plans Child behavior management Collaboration with clinical teams Parent and family communication Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Safety and crisis prevention practices Basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Time management and organization
