Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist! In this rewarding role, you will provide essential behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. With certification provided upon onboarding, you will implement evidence-based ABA therapy protocols to support clients in achieving meaningful progress. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact while gaining valuable experience in behavioral health, special education, and patient care. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized care plans that promote independence and improve quality of life. Duties Implement ABA therapy techniques according to established protocols and care plans Support clients during structured teaching sessions focused on social skills, communication, and behavior management Document medical records, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in direct behavioral therapy sessions with children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders in a clinical setting. Become a Registered Behavior Technician (training paid for and provided) Maintain Certification. Skills Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Excellent client communication skills to foster trust and cooperation with clients and families Familiarity with HIPAA standards to ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information This role is ideal for compassionate individuals eager to develop their expertise in behavioral health while making a meaningful difference. Pay:
$18.00 - $19.50 per hour
