Teamwork LMSW Master's degree LISW Full Job Description Therapist Position — Nurture Family Therapy Nurture Family Therapy is a growing relationship-based private practice in Urbandale, Iowa serving children, teens, and families. We are currently hiring fully licensed and temporarily licensed therapists (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or temporary licensure equivalents) for W-2 employee positions. Candidates must hold a master's degree in a mental health field and be eligible for Iowa mental health licensure. Compensation & Benefits W-2 employee position Percentage-based compensation structure Typical compensation ranges approximately 60-70% of collected revenue depending on licensure level, experience, and supervision needs Flexible scheduling Administrative support provided Individual and group supervision/support for temporarily licensed clinicians Beautiful newly renovated office space designed for child, teen, and family work Play Therapy Supervision towards RPT or RPT-S is available About Nurture Family Therapy Nurture was built around the idea that growth happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships, both for clients and clinicians.
