Qualifications Required:
Current Idaho LMFT license in good standing Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy Professional liability insurance Strong ethical standards Commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed care
Preferred:
EMDR training or certification IFS training Established referral relationships or existing client caseload Clinical specialties that complement our existing team Compensation & Benefits We recognize that experienced clinicians bring significant value with them. Our compensation package is competitive and designed to reward experience, clinical excellence, and productivity. This position is a W-2 employee role that starts with a pay-per-session rate of $50-$70 (depending upon experience). After the first 90 days, we will reevaluate and potentially increase the initial pay rate based on alignment and performance. Most LMFTs at our clinic can expect an annual pay range of $65,000 to $85,000 (which includes productivity bonuses but does not include pay for certain out-of-session work that a clinician may choose to engage in).
