Job Description

The Judge Group is currently hiring for a Mental Health Therapist for our client in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho . This is a full time, on-on site, permanent role with a salary range of $75k-$85k. As the Mental Health Therapist you will be responsible for providing group, individual, and family therapy to adolescents and young adults experience mental health and behavioral challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other co-occurring mental and behavioral health conditions. Conducted clinical interviews and assessments with patients and guardians Develop and maintain therapeutic rapport with assigned patients throughout a 28-35 day treatment episode Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation Communicate relevant clinical information to multidisciplinary teams Participate and support aftercare and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care Adhere to ethical standards and all clinical, regulatory, and licensing requirements Qualifications Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field (or enrollment in a doctoral program) Licenses or pre licensed in Idaho as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist (pending licensure or out of state license accepted) Previous experience in a clinical mental health or behavioral health setting Experience working with adolescents or young adults experience providing individual, family, or group therapy experience with mental health, substance abuse disorder, eating disorders, or trauma-informed treatment preferred For more information please reach out to Ricki at rhoffman@judge.com
