Full Practice Tech Suite Covered:

Practice covers 100% of your SimplePractice EHR seat, Psychology Today marketing profile, Google Workspace account, Google Voice line, and professional liability (malpractice) insurance. Responsibilities Conduct detailed mental health assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, to determine client needs and treatment pathways Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions (in-person in Crystal Lake and via SimplePractice Telehealth). Provide individual, group, child & youth therapy, family counseling, and trauma-focused therapy utilizing evidence-based practices. Develop comprehensive treatment plans aligned with clinical ethical guidelines, including progress notes, medical documentation, and ICD coding for accurate record keeping. Build and maintain a target caseload averaging 25 completed client sessions per week. Complete clinical progress notes, treatment plans, and diagnostic coding in EHR within 48 hours of session completion. Engage actively in 1 hour per week of required clinical supervision. Qualifications Active, unencumbered Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the State of Illinois (issued by IDFPR). Master's degree in Counseling or closely related mental health field. Strong clinical foundation, empathy, and commitment to documentation compliance.
