Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to provide high-quality, client-centered counseling services to individuals, couples, and families in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you'll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy in person and via telehealth. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to diverse clients in-person and via telehealth Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care in compliance with ethical and legal standards Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians to coordinate comprehensive, client-centered care Maintain a consistent caseload while upholding high standards of clinical excellence and cultural humility Engage in case consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development activities Support client access to care by offering some evening or weekend availability as needed Required Skills Diagnostic assessment and formulation Treatment planning and documentation Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or comparable modality Trauma-informed care Risk assessment and crisis intervention Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Telehealth service delivery Cultural competence and inclusivity Interdisciplinary collaboration
