2989949246-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, and families. In this role, you'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in person and/or via telehealth. You'll maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team, and uphold the highest ethical and clinical standards. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to diverse clients Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop, implement, and update person-centered treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) Coordinate care and consult with psychiatrists, PCPs, and other providers as needed Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality per HIPAA and state law Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and team meetings Offer services in-person, via telehealth, or a hybrid of both Engage in ongoing professional development and training Required Skills Diagnostic assessment (DSM-5/ICD-10) Treatment planning and clinical formulation Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Crisis intervention and risk assessment Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery Suicide and violence risk assessment Trauma-informed care practices Clinical interviewing and rapport building Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical ethics
