Our thriving private practice is seeking a dedicated part-time Child and Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD) for an independent contractor (1099) position at our South Suburban Downtown Homewood, IL office.

What We Offer:

Generous 60%

Fee Split:

Earn $60- $100 per session of gross revenue generated per session (insurance and client pay), paid every two weeks.

Full Admin Support:

We handle the billing and marketing so you can focus entirely on clinical care.

Autonomy & Flexibility:

Enjoy clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling. Work out of our fully equipped, child-friendly professional office. This position focuses entirely on delivering high-quality, in-person therapy during peak client hours ( evenings and weekends) .

Qualifications:

Master's degree ( LCPC, LCSW, LMFT ) or Doctorate ( Psy.

D. or Ph.D. ) Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Illinois.

Note:

limited-level licenses cannot be considered for this contractor role Well-versed in various evidence-based theories and interventions Minimum of two years' experience providing direct psychotherapy to children, teens, and families. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans Provide in-person psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families Collaborate with parents or guardians and communicate with referring professionals as necessary to support the client's therapeutic goals Attend monthly clinical meetings Maintain timely, secure, and accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health records
