Position Overview The Clinical Therapist will provide behavioral health services to a diverse client population and their families/significant others within the community. This role includes individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, group work, and evidence-based skill training. Therapists will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and participate in creating innovative programming that meets the needs of our community. We offer weekly group consultations, staff development opportunities, and regular trainings. Dedicated supervision is provided by a licensed clinical supervisor for individualized case consultation, licensure hours, and professional growth. Primary Responsibilities Provide therapy services in clients' homes or other agreed-upon community settings. Maintain an active caseload, delivering individual, family, group, and adjunctive therapies within the scope of credentials. Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans that address behavioral and psychological needs. Collaborate with community partners and providers (e.g., physicians, parole officers, inpatient psychiatrists) to support clients through client-centered consultation. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, staff meetings, and treatment planning sessions. Ensure compliance with professional standards, agency policies, and HIPAA regulations. Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation. Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field. Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment. Experience with psycho-social assessments, treatment planning, and case management. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Creativity and flexibility in delivering services. Cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations. Basic computer and typing skills. Additional Requirements Ability and willingness to travel throughout the community. Successful completion of a criminal background check and credential verification.
