In-Person Join Our Team We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing clinical team. The primary focus of this position is providing treatment services to returning citizens who have been convicted of sexual offenses through a specialized forensic treatment program. In addition to the forensic caseload, there may be opportunities to provide therapy to other client populations based on your experience, interests, and the needs of the practice. We are committed to helping qualified candidates obtain LASTOP certification. Responsibilities Facilitate psychoeducational and process-oriented group therapy. Provide individual therapy sessions. Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with referral sources and members of the treatment team. Provide services to additional client populations as opportunities arise. Adhere to agency policies, ethical standards, and LASTOP treatment guidelines. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other qualified mental health professional preferred. Master's-level clinicians who are eligible for LASTOP certification are encouraged to apply. We will provide support and supervision toward obtaining LASTOP certification. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
