We are seeking a therapist who enjoys working with children and families and wants to be part of a supportive team where clinicians have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and grow professionally. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and families; may provide services to adults as well. Complete initial assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing clinical documentation Collaborate with parents/caregivers to support children's emotional and behavioral needs Develop treatment approaches based on each client's strengths, needs, and goals Coordinate care with schools, physicians, community providers, and other professionals as appropriate Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field; licensure or certification (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) as required by state law for practicing psychotherapists. Provisionally and pre-licensed therapists with desired experience will also be considered. Evening and/or weekend availability Proven experience in child and family counseling, or related behavioral health services; comfortable addressing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, family conflict, adjustment issues, trauma, and other common childhood/adolescent concerns Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and treatment planning methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families from diverse backgrounds. Ability to manage caseloads effectively including timely documentation while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
